Subscriptions & refunds
Before purchase
Review the membership benefits, recurring price and billing interval. The final checkout price and seller details must match the offer.
Cancellation
Use Manage membership in your account to open the billing portal and stop renewal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the already paid period; check the portal confirmation. If the portal fails, contact support with your account email and transaction reference. Never send card details.
Refunds and withdrawal
Contact support or the payment seller shown on your receipt to request a refund, report a duplicate charge or exercise a statutory withdrawal right. We review the date, transaction and access history and explain the outcome. This page does not impose a blanket no-refund rule or waive mandatory rights. Digital-content withdrawal exceptions apply only where the required information, express consent and acknowledgement have been obtained.
Access after a reversal
Refunded or disputed payment periods may lose membership access. A cancelled renewal does not itself remove an unrefunded paid period. Contact support if the account entitlement does not match your receipt.
